Welcome to CloneCreator.ai, a platform operated by inncoon a.s., providing access to exclusive videos, images, and AI Twin communication services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment or using the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from accessing the platform or its services.

2. Eligibility

CloneCreator.ai is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By making a payment and accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Access to the Platform

Access to CloneCreator.ai is granted exclusively upon payment. Users are required to make a one-time payment to:

  1. Access specific video and image content provided by content creators.
  2. Engage with AI Twins, which provide personalized, simulated communication experiences.

There are no subscription options. Each payment grants one-time access to the specified content or service.

4. Payment Terms

  • All charges are one-time payments. No recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals will be applied unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
  • Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateway providers.
  • By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the charges.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise mandated by applicable laws.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

CloneCreator.ai and inncoon a.s. do not own the content available on the platform. All content is owned by the content creators who upload and provide it for user access.

  • Content Ownership: The copyright and intellectual property rights of all content remain with the content creator.
  • Content Responsibility: By uploading content, content creators confirm and warrant that:
    • They own the rights to the content or have obtained the necessary permissions to upload and distribute it.
    • The content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
    • The content is free of illegal, harmful, or objectionable material.
  • Licensing to inncoon a.s.: By uploading content, content creators grant inncoon a.s. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their content on CloneCreator.ai and related channels for platform operations, promotion, and content distribution.

inncoon a.s. assumes no responsibility for uploaded content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws

6. AI Twin Communication

The AI Twin feature allows users to engage in simulated conversations with AI-generated representations based on content creators’ personas.

  • Nature of Communication: Users acknowledge that all communications with AI Twins are entirely fictitious and generated by artificial intelligence. The conversations do not represent real interactions or communications with the content creators or any other person.
  • No Real Promises or Guarantees: Users understand and agree that no claims, promises, or implications arising from the context of these conversations are binding, applicable, or enforceable in any way. The communication is purely simulated and holds no real-world relevance or validity.

 

Usage Limitations: Communication is limited to the scope of the one-time payment. Misuse of the AI Twin feature, such as attempting to extract prohibited, harmful, or illegal information, is strictly forbidden and may result in the termination of access.

7. User Conduct

By using CloneCreator.ai, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the platform and its content.
  • Refrain from engaging in abusive, harmful, or illegal activities when interacting with the platform or its features, including AI Twins.

 

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, inncoon a.s. disclaims all liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data breaches, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Discrepancies in user satisfaction regarding AI Twin communication or content access.

9. Termination of Access

inncoon a.s. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms and Conditions or if such action is necessary to maintain platform integrity or security.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Changes to Terms

inncoon a.s. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Prohibited Content

CLONECREATOR.AI strictly prohibits the uploading, sharing, or distribution of any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group or individual based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is prohibited.

Child Pornography: Any content depicting or suggesting the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child pornography and will report any such content to the appropriate authorities.

Harm and Violence: Content that promotes, encourages, or depicts extreme violence, physical abuse, or any form of harm to individuals or animals is not permitted.

Sex Trafficking: Any content related to sex trafficking, including the promotion or facilitation of prostitution or any form of sexual exploitation, is prohibited.

Non-Consensual Content: Content that is non-consensual or involves individuals who have not given their explicit consent to be featured is not allowed. This includes revenge porn and any form of non-consensual intimate images.
